- Custom orders that are ordered before 3:00 P.M. will ship within 3-5 business days.
- Any orders that are placed after 3:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day.
- Standard and Priority USPS Domestic order delivery is Monday - Saturday. Alternate delivery service schedules are determined by the carrier. We do not offer FedEx Saturday Delivery as an option.
- All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's will be delivered using USPS.
- U.S. Customers; local and state sales tax may apply.
- On all international shipments, title transfers to the recipient upon deposit with the carrier, and the recipient is the importer of record. The recipient is responsible for all Customs, Duties, and Taxes levied by the country of destination. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures.
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information that was entered by you (the customer) when placing the order may be reshipped but you (the customer) will be responsible for all new shipping and handling charges. Replacement may be a product of comparable value and design. Repair may include the use of refurbished parts or products. In the event of a defect in material and workmanship, these are your exclusive remedies.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover? Items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear or customer use or abuse are not covered. Consumable items such as batteries as well as items that are missing accessories (such as cords or cables) and custom or personalized items are not covered. This limited warranty does not cover the repair, replacement, or cost of any electronic device or personal property not sold by Cellairis. Customer abuse includes, without limitation, dropping a phone or other mobile device.
